Return Policy

You may return the received goods within 30 days without providing a reason by sending the goods back. The period begins after receiving this notice in text form (e.g., as a letter, fax, email), but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (for recurring deliveries of identical goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 para. 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and our obligations according to § 312g para. 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.

For goods that cannot be sent as a package (e.g., bulky goods), you can declare the return by requesting collection in text form. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the return request in a timely manner. In all cases, the return is at our cost and risk. The return or return request should be sent to:

Consequences of Return

In the case of a valid return, any payments received by both parties must be refunded, and any derived benefits, if applicable, must be returned. If there is deterioration in the condition of the goods or if benefits derived (e.g., usage advantages) cannot be returned in whole, in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must provide compensation to us accordingly. You are only required to provide compensation for the deterioration of the goods and for any derived benefits insofar as the use or deterioration is due to handling that goes beyond testing the properties and functionality. “Testing the properties and functionality” refers to testing and trying out the respective goods, as would be possible and customary in a store.

Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you upon dispatch of the goods or the return request and for us upon receipt.
