Our duty to inform according to the battery law
Used batteries do not belong in household waste. You can return used batteries free of charge to our dispatch warehouse. As a consumer, you are legally obliged to return used batteries.
Batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with a symbol consisting of a crossed-out wheelie garbage can and the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg or Pb) of the heavy metal responsible for the classification as hazardous:
1. “Cd” stands for cadmium.
2. “Hg” stands for mercury.
3. “Pb” stands for lead.
