Check function and system compatibility
Compare the exact product designation with your hold-open system documentation. Manual release buttons, changeover switches and key switches may perform different tasks and are not freely interchangeable.
Surface-mounted, flush-mounted and other versions
Check the mounting method, enclosure, markings and required contacts. For versions with a glass panel or intended for special operating conditions, refer to the individual product information. Do not choose solely by enclosure colour or appearance.
Replacement and included components
Check the wiring diagram, electrical ratings and components specified for the existing system. Also verify which enclosure, mounting and operating parts are included.
