Jofo LA-2 ventilation power supply for two 24 V motor drives

The Jofo LA-2 ventilation power supply is designed for the joint control of two 24 V electric window actuators. The device is connected to a 230 V mains supply and provides the required 24 V DC voltage for the connected actuators.

Separate control inputs for the “Open” and “Close” commands allow the power supply to be easily integrated into electrical ventilation systems. Two switched control lines and a neutral conductor are used for control.

Integrated protection for both motor drives

Each motor output has its own overcurrent cut-off. If the load current of a connected 24 V actuator exceeds 1.1 A, the corresponding output is switched off. In this way, the LA-2 protects the motors, for example in the event of increased mechanical load or when an end position is reached.

Two internal jumpers can be used to link the cut-off behaviour of the two outputs. If one motor switches off while moving in the opening direction, the second actuator can also be stopped immediately. During closing, the outputs operate independently of each other so that both actuators can reach their fully closed end position.
