The drive is a strong chain drive specifically developed for large and heavy tasks – an elegant alternative to spindle drives.
The chain drive can be used for both smoke ventilation (RWA) and comfort ventilation.
The drive features a built-in unique reversing function that extends the lifespan of the seals in the window frame.

Note	We recommend operating the used WindowMaster window drives only with original WindowMaster control units, as otherwise warranty claims for the drives cannot be granted. For safety reasons, we recommend installing safety catches on tilt windows. When installing in humid areas, the applicable regulations must be followed (if necessary, contact an electrician).

WindowMaster Specific Technology
The drives are equipped with MotorLink™ Technology.
They can be used intelligently with WindowMaster MotorControllers and communicate with standard KNX or LON BUS systems. The drive can be used as standard ± 24 VDC or controlled as an integrated element of the WindowMaster NV Advance™ or NV Comfort™ solution.
The chain drive can also be programmed after installation to meet specific needs, such as speed, noise, or tensile and thrust force.
When the drive is used as a MotorLink™ drive in an NV Advance™ system, the risk of pinching can be reduced since the drive can be programmed to stop and reverse upon resistance during closing. The set point for when the drive should reverse can be individually adjusted.
Additionally, other external systems, such as motion detectors or contact strips, can be connected to the drive.
