The drive is a strong chain drive specially developed for large and heavy tasks – an elegant alternative to spindle drive.
The chain drive can be used both for smoke ventilation and comfort ventilation.
The drive features a built-in unique reversing function that prolongs the lifespan of the seals in the window frame.

Note	We recommend operating the WindowMaster window drives only with original WindowMaster control units, as otherwise no warranty claims can be granted for the drives. For safety reasons, we recommend installing restrictor arms on tilt sash windows. When installing in damp areas, compliance with applicable regulations is required (if necessary, consult an electrical installer).

WindowMaster Special Technology
The drives are equipped with MotorLink™ technology.
They can communicate intelligently with WindowMaster MotorControllers and with standard KNX or LON BUS systems. The drive can be used as a standard ± 24 VDC or controlled as an integrated element of the NV Advance™ or NV Comfort™ solution from WindowMaster.
The chain drive can also be programmed after installation to meet specific needs, e.g., regarding speed, noise, or pull and thrust force.
When used as a MotorLink™ drive in an NV Advance™ system, the risk of pinching can be reduced as the drive can be programmed to stop and reverse when encountering resistance during closing. The set point for reversing can be individually adjusted.
Additionally, other external systems, such as motion detectors or contact sensors, can be connected to the drive.
