The Comunello LIWIN L40 WiFi is a powerful 24 V chain actuator for the automatic opening and closing of windows. With a push and pull force of up to 400 N and a maximum stroke of 500 mm, it is suitable for demanding natural ventilation applications and appropriately designed smoke and heat exhaust systems.
Integrated WiFi technology enables convenient configuration and diagnostics using the Comunello MOWIN App. The opening stroke can be precisely adapted to the individual window installation. For wide or heavy window sashes, up to 8 LIWIN L40 WiFi actuators can also be synchronised for coordinated operation.
The robust die-cast aluminium housing and stainless steel double-link chain ensure reliable force transmission and high mechanical stability. Soft start and soft stop provide controlled movement, while electronic obstacle detection helps protect the actuator and window construction.
