This very versatile control for smoke ventilation is supplied with emergency power batteries and manages 24 V DC actuators for smoke and heat extraction in case of fire. Additionally, it regulates the automation of single or multiple windows for natural ventilation, even in multi-story buildings.

To ensure comfort and energy savings, natural ventilation is achieved through the automatic operation of windows, based on the environmental conditions detected by the sensors. The windows can also be manually controlled via buttons or key switches in two different ventilation zones.

The opening command for the smoke extraction is controlled by smoke detectors, emergency stop buttons, fire alarm systems, or building automation systems (BMS) via "potential-free - normally closed" inputs.

The installation of the emergency stop button (MCP - manual control point) is mandatory, as it allows for manual emergency control as well as the display of fault/emergency alerts and can be used for simple remote reset.
