This very versatile control unit for smoke ventilation is supplied with backup batteries and controls 24-V-DC actuators for the smoke and heat extraction in case of fire. In addition, it regulates the automation of single or multiple windows for natural ventilation, even in multi-story buildings.

To ensure comfort and energy savings, natural ventilation is achieved through the automatic operation of the windows, based on the environmental conditions detected by the sensors. The windows can be manually controlled via buttons or keyed switches in two different ventilation zones.

The opening command for smoke extraction is controlled by smoke detectors, emergency stop buttons, fire alarm systems, or building management systems (BMS) via "potential-free - normally closed" inputs.

The installation of the emergency stop button (MCP - manual control point) is mandatory, as it not only allows for manual emergency control but also displays fault/emergency warnings and can be used for easy remote reset.
