Certified smoke and heat extraction control unit according to European standard EN 12101-10:2005 + AC:2007 by IFT Rosenheim

This very versatile control unit for smoke ventilation is supplied with emergency power batteries and controls 24-V-DC actuators for smoke and heat extraction in case of fire. In addition, it regulates the automation of single or multiple windows for natural ventilation, even in multi-story buildings.

To ensure comfort and energy savings, natural ventilation is achieved through the automatic operation of windows, based on the environmental conditions detected by sensors. The windows can be controlled manually via buttons or key switches in two different ventilation zones.

The opening command for smoke extraction is controlled by smoke detectors, emergency stop buttons, fire alarm systems, or building automation systems (BMS) via "potential-free - normally closed" inputs.

The installation of the emergency stop button (MCP - manual control point) is mandatory, as it not only provides the possibility of manual emergency control but also allows for the display of malfunction/emergency warnings and can be used for easy remote reset.
