This highly versatile control system for smoke ventilation comes equipped with emergency power batteries and controls 24-V-DC actuators for smoke and heat extraction in the event of a fire. In addition, it regulates the automation of single or multiple windows for natural ventilation, even in multi-story buildings.

To ensure comfort and energy savings, natural ventilation is achieved through the automatic operation of the windows, based on the environmental conditions captured by the sensors. The windows can also be manually controlled via push buttons or key switches in two different ventilation zones.

The opening command for smoke extraction is controlled by smoke detectors, emergency stop buttons, fire alarm systems, or building automation systems (BMS) via "potential-free - normally closed" inputs.

The installation of the emergency stop button (MCP - manual control point) is mandatory, as it provides not only the option for manual emergency control but also allows for the display of fault/emergency warnings and can be used for easy remote reset.
