VELUX M12 Spindle Drive for Rooflights – 230 V / 300 mm / 500 N

The VELUX M12 is a robust 230 V spindle actuator designed for the electrical operation of rooflights, continuous rooflight flaps and aluminium louvre flaps. With a 300 mm stroke and 500 N push force, the actuator is particularly suitable for controlled natural ventilation applications.

The end-position control is integrated directly into the actuator. Closing is controlled by load-dependent cut-off, while the opening direction uses travel-dependent end-position control. The M12 can therefore be used as a single actuator or in tandem and group configurations.

A potential-free contact for indication of the open position allows the actuator to be integrated into external control and monitoring systems.
